Another character I may reset or edit depending on who is interested in threading with her (again very sad about this but trying to get back at it).
Keiko is a former auror who became disillusioned with The Ministry when she saw some unsettling things. She defected and now works solo delivering vigilante justice. They call her 'The Ghost' and she is very much wanted and at large.
She's opinionated, witty, sassy, immature, showy, and a performer even when delivering curses. Her spells are like her attire - eye-catching.
